The People's Story
How the Council are trying to silence working class voices in Edinburgh
The Campaign so far
Our campaign opposes the closure of the People's Story museum, a vital institution preserving Edinburgh's rich social history. The museum tells the story of the city's working-class people, their struggles, and triumphs, offering a unique insight into Edinburgh's cultural heritage.

Closing it would erase an important part of our identity and diminish access to free, community-focused history. We are fighting to protect this irreplaceable resource for future generations, ensuring that the voices of ordinary people continue to be heard.
