During elections, the system wants you absent or obedient. That’s the democratic perversion of neoliberal democracy.
The political class relies on both silence and compliance.
Stay home, and your absence is branded as apathy. Show up and pick from their preapproved options, and they call it consent.
Either way, they win.
Participatory Disruption means refusing both.
Register. Show up. Reject the menu.
Vote for a genuine outsider, a small party, or spoil your ballot with a message or drawing of your own.
A defaced ballot is not apathy. It says:
I was here, and I reject your terms.Your refusal is seen by candidates and counting officers, and recorded by the system.
Participatory Disruption scrambles their ability to predict and profile the electorate.
Don’t let them erase you with silence.
